Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled service is reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the following scheduling policies::

All appointments must be secured by a valid credit card.

As a courtesy to our other guests and our service providers, please notify the studio 12 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule all appointments. You may cancel or reschedule online or call the studio and leave a message. We require at least a 24-hour notice for couples massage, group appointments, and special holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.).

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the credit card on file.

In the case of 3 no-show or late cancellations, you will be required to prepay for all future appointments.

We offer a courtesy email or text message reminder the day before your appointment.

Child Policy
We absolutely love children! However, due to safety hazards present in our environment such as sharp implements, hot wax, and chemicals, we are unable to accommodate unattended children under the age of 12 in our studio. Please note that our facility is not wheelchair accessible and cannot accommodate strollers. We do make an exception for a small child only if your appointment is no longer than 15 minutes and you can bring your child in a carrier.
